Shubunkin Goldfish are a sleek, single-tailed goldfish with a streamlined body. They have calico patterns of red, white, grey, black or blue. Shubunkin Goldfish possess nacreous scales, pearly in appearance, which is a mix of metallic and transparent scales. The overlapping patches of red, white, blue, grey and black (along with dark speckles) normally extend to the finnage of shubunkins. Shubunkin Goldfish reaching 9 to 18 inches in length at adulthood. They mix well with Koi, Butterfly Koi, and other types of Goldfish.
